Mr. Efren Vincent M. Dizon is the founding partner with expertise spanning corporate, commercial, taxation, securities, property, and family laws. His extensive experience and in-depth knowledge enable him to provide clients with effective representation, practical guidance, and strategic counseling. Through his diverse expertise and exposure, Mr. Dizon provides clients with innovative solutions and strategic guidance, helping them navigate complex legal landscapes.

Prior to pursuing law, he gained experience as an auditor at Sycip Gorres Velayo & Co. (Ernst & young – Philippines), one of the country’s leading accounting firms. After becoming a lawyer, he joined Siguion Reyna Montecillo & Ongsiako Law Offices as an associate, honing his legal skills. He later transitioned to a corporate counsel role, applying his expertise in a business context, before ultimately setting up the firm.

Beyond his legal practice, Mr. Dizon is a multifaceted professional with diverse pursuits. He is an entrepreneur with ventures in the Philippines and abroad, and an educator with a significant academic involvement. He teaches at esteemed law schools, lectures at well-regarded Bar review centers, serves as director (regular and independent) and advisor to various corporations, and a member of the Board of Trustees of the Philippine Tax Academy.
