Ms. Mila Marciana G. Asiddao has extensive legal experience across multiple practice areas such as civil and criminal litigation, taxation and estate planning, energy law, real estate, data privacy, and general corporate practice.

With a strong background in civil and criminal litigation, Ms. Asiddao represents real estate clients in disputes involving property rights, regulatory compliance, environmental concerns, and land use. She also provides legal advice on contracts, permits, and government relations that impact large-scale developments and energy infrastructure projects.

Prior to this, she was an Associate at Respicio & Co. Law Firm where her key areas of practice include criminal law, family law, and labor law. She was also a Junior Associate at Tam-Yap & Ilao Law Offices practicing tax litigation and general corporate housekeeping.
